  • 15年開始接觸越野跑,三年來參加多個個人或隊際海外及本地越野賽事。17年更開始帶著相機嘗試拍攝各個香港山賽,為每一位越野跑手拍下比賽中的點滴,她相信,每張相都會帶給跑手鼓舞和回憶。曾入圍「2018最佳年度越野攝影照片」及「2018我最喜愛運動照片賞」。

  • Viola started trail running in 2015. She participated in Totem 56K, YTF, Translantau 50, Transjeju 56K and Rebelwalker 100 etc. She also started trail running photography since 2017. She also loves capturing the strong and happy moments of the trail running race. Nominated in Gone Running - Best Trail Running Photo Award and Sportsoho Best Sport Photo Award.

Start from Tsuen Kam Au (Tai Mo Shan Kiosk), go along Tai Mo Shan→ Grass Hill & Needle Hill→finish at Shing Mun Reservoir

工作坊/訓練班內容 Workshop/ Training Details

分別由逆走100和順走100 (毅行者)冠軍級人馬分享
- 順走和逆走的同和異:比賽策略的不同要點, 練習的不同準備
- 透過不同技巧加快上山及上樓梯的速度
- 借力使力不費力之:用pole技巧
- 完成後,參加者會感受到不一樣的帽草針

建議裝備:
- 穿著越野跑及帶pole
- 帶最少1.5L飲用水及少量食物

Sharing by champions of Rebel Walker and Trailwalker:
- Similarities and differences between Trailwalker and Rebel Walker: race strategies, preparation and practices
- Skills of increasing speed of uphill / upstairs
- Leverage your effort by using pole
- After the training, you should get a different experience in Rebel “Mo / Grass / Needle”

Suggested equipment:
- Trail running shoes & pole
- At least 1.5L of water & snacks
